Lower Back Injury

Lower Back Injury

Although you can always get away from occupations which can give you “general” aches and injuries in the back, you can't actually evade having to endure low back strain. Remember that you can get this illness not only as a result of practicing a dangerously care-free lifestyle (which i guess you are doing now) or being careless, but also because it's “simply a part of life.”

According to doctors, almost everyone will experience low back pain. In fact, this illness has been recorded in many companies in the United States as the second most common cause of employee absences (of course, second to the common cold). Now, you might be wondering, what lower back injury really means.

We are not giving you doctors descriptions in this page so don't be afraid to continue reading; instead we'll try to explain this type of injury in layman's terms.

Lower back injury is also known as the "low back strain." Like the common back injury, this also occurs when the muscle fibers are abnormally stretched or torn. Some of the most common symptoms of low back injury as listed in About.com are pain around the low back and upper buttocks, pow back muscle spasm, and pain associated with activities and generally relieved with rest.

If you're currently experiencing one or two of these symptoms, consult your doctor now.
